Ketupat Sayur Betawi Recipe Material:
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 500 grams of young papaya, peeled, cut the match shape

- 2 sticks of lemongrass, bruised

- 7 large red chillies
- 8 shallots
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp fried shrimp paste
- 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper powder

How to make Ketupat Sayur Betawi:
- Heat the cooking oil,
- Sauté the mashed spices until fragrant,
- Add ebi, coconut milk, lemongrass, galangal, bay leaves, bring to a boil.
- After boiling, add the young papaya, cook until soft,
- Add long beans, and chicken flavored broth.
- Cook for a while, lift.
