Ketupat Sayur Betawi Recipes

Ketupat Sayur Betawi Recipe Material:


  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 500 grams of young papaya, peeled, cut the match shape

  • 1.5 liters of coconut milk from 2 coconuts
  • 2 sticks of lemongrass, bruised
  • 3 cm galangal, bruised
  • 2 bay leaves

  • 7 large red chillies
  • 8 shallots
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp fried shrimp paste
  • 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper powder


Complementary:


  • ketupat, fried onions and crackers


How to make Ketupat Sayur Betawi:


  1. Heat the cooking oil,
  2. Sauté the mashed spices until fragrant,
  3. Add ebi, coconut milk, lemongrass, galangal, bay leaves, bring to a boil.
  4. After boiling, add the young papaya, cook until soft,
  5. Add long beans, and chicken flavored broth.
  6. Cook for a while, lift.
  7. Prepare a bowl filled with ketupat sayur lodeh,
  8. Sprinkle with fried onions and crackers.
  9. Serve warm.
