Recipes of Tahu Spicy Sweet Eggs

Material:

3 tablespoons of oil to saute
2 garlic cloves, sprinkled
1 cm of ginger, crushed
1 lemongrass stem, take the white part, spread it
1 cm galangal, bruised
2 red chilies, remove seeds, thinly sliced ​​slices
2 stems of leeks, sliced ​​thinly thinly
3 tofu packs, egg, 2 cm cross slices, half-fried fry

Seasoning, mix well:

2 tablespoons of fish sausage
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of bottled chili sauce, ready to use
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp fried shrimp paste, puree
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1 tsp salt

How to cook:


  1. Heat oil, saute garlic, ginger, lemongrass and galangal until fragrant
  2. Add fried egg tofu, stirring gently so that it doesn't break
  3. Pour the spices, mix well
  4. Add red chili and spring onions
  5. Again until all ingredients are cooked

Note: Tofu eggs, sold in ordinary supermarkets on a cooling rack, are tubular, white and soft.
