The problem is actually quite trivial, namely the reply button (reply to comments) on the blogger template cannot be clicked or cannot be used which results in loyal visitors unable to reply to existing comments.

1. The first thing you do is of course enter your blogger account, then enter Edit HTML.
2. Search for the code </ head>

When I have found it, delete the ones marked in yellow and the results will be as below.

3. Look for the code </ body>
